At Lindenwood University, I was tasked with creating event-related emails regularly. These were primarily used to inform customers of information they needed to know before attending an event, as well as giving additional background information. For commencement, I also sent several emails reminding graduates to pick up their tickets prior to the day-of. These were sent using Constant Contact and AudienceView Campus’s internal HTML email service.
